IT Support
Originally started to service the needs of our interactive kiosk solutions ROAM Dynamic Media, Inc (RDM) quickly evolved into an IT Service Provider for the Greater Pittsburgh and surrounding area. We recognized that there was a need in small and mid-size business for IT support and reacted quickly by offering friendly and professional IT support services at a reasonable rate.
Our service oriented approach begins with our ability to provide on-site service visits and offsite service through our Remote Support System. RDM system engineers are experts in deploying and maintaining networks from 2 to 100 computers and provide maintenance and training on Microsoft Windows systems ranging from desktops to Microsoft Advanced Servers. It is our goal to be proactive providing preventative service as opposed to only treating the problems as they occur.

Support Services
Remote Support Service (RSS) allows us to control your computer while you watch us fix your problems, live! This enables us to resolve problems faster because we log into your system from our service center and do not have to spend valuable time traveling to your location. This allows our engineers to fix the problem quickly, it allows you to watch and learn.
Service includes monthly on-sites support, remote management and phone support. PCs will be inspected, tested and cleaned.
Any hardware, shipping and taxes are an additional cost and are billed separately.
Our many levels of information technology support include Onsite Support, Remote Support, Phone Support, Help Desk Support, all provided with a sense of urgency, and applied with common sense.
